Reviewing Inbound Leads (Scores, Temperatures)

When sellers submit leads to your requests, they appear as "inbound leads." Here's how to review them effectively and make smart purchasing decisions.

Accessing Inbound Leads

  1. Go to Dashboard → Click Inbound Leads
  2. Or navigate directly to Inbound Leads from the menu
  3. You'll see all leads awaiting your review

Understanding Lead Information

Each inbound lead displays key information to help you decide:

Basic Details

Field What It Shows
Category The lead request this was submitted to
Location Country flag + city
Seller Who submitted the lead
Price Cost to purchase this lead
Submitted When the lead was submitted

Lead Score

A quality rating from 0-100 based on:

  • Completeness of information
  • Email and phone validation
  • Match to your requirements
  • Seller's historical performance

Score interpretation:

Score Quality Action
80-100 🟢 Excellent High priority, likely to convert
60-79 🟡 Good Worth purchasing
40-59 🟠 Average Review carefully
0-39 🔴 Low Consider rejecting

Lead Temperature

An urgency indicator based on freshness:

Temperature Icon Meaning
🔥 Hot Fire Just submitted—act fast!
☀️ Warm Sun A few days old—still good
❄️ Cold Snowflake Getting stale—decide soon

Why temperature matters:

  • Fresh leads respond better to contact
  • Hot leads have higher conversion rates
  • Cold leads may have already found another provider

Filtering Inbound Leads

Use filters to prioritize your review:

All Inbound

View all pending leads, newest first.

Hottest

Sorted by temperature—newest leads first. Best for time-sensitive follow-up.

Best Quality

Sorted by lead score—highest quality first. Best for maximizing conversion.

Going Cold

Leads that are aging and need attention. Prevents missing opportunities.
