Referr is free to join and free to browse. You only pay when you buy a lead, take a payout, or choose an optional upgrade. This article explains every fee so there are no surprises.

Buying leads (standard)

When you buy a lead on the standard marketplace, you pay the lead price set by the buyer plus a 20% platform fee on top.

• Platform fee: 20% of the lead price, added at checkout.
• Money-back window: you have 7 days to report a problem (for example invalid contact details or a duplicate). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• You can apply account credits as a discount against your purchase (see Credits).

Example: on a £20 lead you pay £20 + £4 fee = £24.

Pay on Completion (Pro)

Pay on Completion lets you buy with confidence — your money stays safely in escrow until the lead delivers. It is available to Referr Pro members and carries a reduced 15% fee instead of the standard 20%.

• Reduced fee: a flat 15% success fee on every Pay on Completion purchase.
• Funds held in escrow: the seller is only paid once you release the funds.
• 14-day auto-release: if you take no action, funds are automatically released to the seller after 14 days. You can release sooner at any time.
• Dispute protection: raising a dispute pauses the auto-release while our team reviews it. We can resolve a dispute by releasing in full, releasing part of the payment, or refunding you.

Selling leads

It is free to list and sell leads on Referr. The only seller fee is the payout fee, charged when a lead sells. Withdrawing your earnings is free.

• Payout fee: 3% of the lead price, with a minimum of £3, deducted from each lead sale.
• Minimum payout: your available balance must be at least £25 to withdraw.
• Clearing period: funds from a standard sale clear after 7 days, after which they move from your pending balance to your available balance.

Premium listings

Boost a lead request so it stands out and reaches more sellers.

• £19 per request as a one-off Premium boost.
• Free with Referr Pro — Pro members get Premium boosts at no extra cost.

Referr Pro

Referr Pro is our subscription for active buyers and sellers. It costs £29 per month and pays for itself through monthly credits alone.

• 290 credits every month, worth £29 (10 credits = £1). Credits expire 12 months after they are issued.
• Pay on Completion unlocked, with the reduced 15% fee.
• Free Premium boosts on your lead requests.
• Pro badge on your profile.
• Cancel anytime — you keep your benefits until the end of your billing period.
