| Processing | 1-3 business days |
| New account | First payout may take longer |
| Verification | Pending Stripe checks |
Unusual Situations
| Reason | Action Needed |
|---|---|
| Stripe verification | Complete requested steps |
| Account issue | Check email from Stripe |
| Refund issued | Earnings reversed if buyer refunded |
Balance Updates
When Balance Changes
Your balance updates when:
- ✅ A lead is purchased (earnings added)
- ⏳ Processing period ends (becomes available)
- 💸 You request a payout (balance decreases)
- ↩️ Buyer refund issued (earnings reversed)
Checking Recent Activity
- Go to Lead Sales
- Filter by Purchased
- See recent earnings
Requesting Payouts
When your Available Balance reaches £25:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Request Payout
- Enter amount or select "Withdraw All"
- Confirm the request
Remember: the 3% payout fee (minimum £3) is charged per lead sale and is normally deducted at the point of sale, so your Available Balance is already net of it.
Understanding the 3% Fee
The fee is 3% of the lead price, with a minimum of £3, taken when the lead sells:
| Lead sold for | Payout fee | Added to your balance |
|---|---|---|
| £50 | £3.00 (minimum) | £47.00 |
| £100 | £3.00 | £97.00 |
| £500 | £15.00 | £485.00 |
Balance FAQs

New earnings take 1-3 business days to process and become available.
My balance didn't update after a lead was purchased?

What happens to my balance if I close my account?
Request a final payout before closing. Unclaimed balances follow our terms of service.
