Requesting Payouts & Viewing Balance

You've earned money selling leads—here's how to get it into your bank account.

Understanding Your Balance

Where to View

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Look for the Payout section
  3. See your balance breakdown

Balance Types

Balance Meaning
Account Balance Total earnings including pending amounts
Available Balance Amount you can withdraw right now
Pending Recently earned, being processed

Why Is Some Balance Pending?

New earnings may be held briefly for:

  • Payment processing time
  • Fraud prevention checks
  • Standard clearing periods

Typically becomes available within 1-3 business days.

Requesting a Payout

Requirements

Before requesting a payout:

  • Stripe Connect must be set up
  • Available balance must meet minimum (£25)
  • Bank account verified in Stripe

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Find the Available Balance section
  3. Click Request Payout or Withdraw
  4. Enter the amount (or select "Withdraw All")
  5. Confirm your bank account details are correct
  6. Click Confirm Payout

What Happens Next

  1. Payout initiated – Request is processed
  2. Full balance sent – your available balance is already net of the payout fee
  3. Funds sent – Money transferred to your bank
  4. Arrival – Typically 2-7 business days

Payout Fees

Sellers pay a 3% payout fee, with a minimum of £3. It is charged per lead sale and is normally deducted at the point of sale, so the balance you see is already net of it — withdrawing costs nothing extra.

Example:

  • Lead sold for £100
  • Payout fee (3%): £3
  • Added to your balance: £97

Example on a smaller lead—here the £3 minimum applies:

  • Lead sold for £40
  • Payout fee (3% would be £1.20, so the £3 minimum applies): £3
  • Added to your balance: £37

Note: This is the only fee sellers pay—no listing fees, no monthly fees, and nothing further deducted when you withdraw.

Payout Timing

Processing Time

Stage Timeframe
Request processed Usually same day
Bank transfer initiated 1-2 business days
Funds in your account 2-7 business days total

Factors Affecting Speed

  • Your bank: Some process faster
  • Country: International transfers take longer
  • Weekend/holidays: Banks don't process
  • First payout: May take longer for verification

Minimum Payout Amount

The minimum payout is £25.

If your available balance is below £25:

  • Keep earning until you reach the minimum
  • Consider enabling smaller lead request categories
  • Balance accumulates until withdrawal

Viewing Payout History

Where to Find It

Troubleshooting

Payout Failed

Common causes:

  • Bank account closed or changed
  • Incorrect account details
  • Bank rejected the transfer

Solutions:

  1. Check your bank details in Stripe
  2. Verify account is active
  3. Update information if needed
  4. Request payout again

Payout Taking Too Long

If it's been more than 7 business days:

  1. Check payout status in Billing
  2. Verify with your bank
  3. Contact support with payout ID

Can't Request Payout

Possible reasons:

  • Balance below minimum (£25)
  • Stripe Connect not verified
  • Previous payout still processing

Solutions:

  • Wait for more earnings
  • Complete Stripe verification
  • Wait for current payout to complete

Received Less Than Expected

Remember the 3% fee is deducted. Calculate:

  • Requested amount × 0.97 = Expected deposit

If still incorrect, contact support.
