Our Community Standards

Last updated 10 February 2023

Introduction

We’re changing the way the world buys and sells customer leads and we’re building a community of passionate and energetic service providers across 1,000’s if industries along the way! When you use the Referr platform to buy or sell a lead, you’re engaging with our community. When you ask a question in our community forum, or when you leave a comment or review on a blog post, a service profile, or a user profile, you’re playing a part in building this community of professionals. We’re inspired by each and every one of our community members. We value their perspectives, beliefs, and views—they are what makes Referr so dynamic.

In order to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone, we’ve created a set of community standards to serve as a moral compass for behaviour on our platform and marketplace.

These standards define what is acceptable across our platform, the community and within your interactions across our marketplace.

We want Referr to be a safe and respectable place for our members to do business and we want to create the best possible experience for our users. We ask all community members to do their bit to follow and respect these guidelines and report any unacceptable behaviour that they encounter.
