To ensure you're getting legitimate leads, Referr takes a two-step verification process seriously. We then take an extra step by directly contacting leads to confirm their interest and agreement to the referral. This rigorous process guarantees that the leads you're considering are not only authentic but also prepared to engage, giving you peace of mind and maximizing your investment. If you're not satisfied with a lead you have purchased, you can reach out to the seller to try and resolve the issue. If a resolution can't be reached, Referr has a dispute resolution process in place to help address the issue. If a Buyer is unhappy with a purchase because a lead doesn’t meet the Buyer’s qualifying terms, they can claim a full refund within 6 days of purchase via our Customer support team.

When a new lead lands in your inbox you’ll be shown partial contact information to help you ascertain whether or not the lead is new and unique to you to help you decide whether or not to purchase the lead. You will also see information about the Lead’s geographical location and other non-identifying information to support your choice. The Seller may also share additional information with you ahead of the sale, either by direct message on Referr or by including extra information in the Lead submission. We encourage Buyers and Sellers to chat before a sale to help build trust and improve transparency which we find are key ingredients to any successful transaction.
