Phone call or text thread. Meet the actual team you are hiring.
Full contract. Date, venue, service hours, setup and teardown times, add-ons, power needs, rain plan, and our direct day-of number are all in writing.
Secure payment only. We accept Invoice, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. You receive an official receipt. We will never ask for gift cards, wire transfers, or crypto.
Written confirmations. We text a clear timeline, arrival window, and who is showing up. We confirm again the week of your event and the day before.
Paper trail. Every change is captured in writing and the contract is updated so you are covered.
Red flags to avoid
