- Leads must reside within postcodes SA1 to SA14 and require services like personal care, companionship, or moving and handling.
- All leads must be genuine, verifiable and shared with their consent. Leads must not be shared with or sold to other care providers. Invalid or shared leads will not qualify.
- The £100 payout applies only if the lead converts into a client with a contract value of at least £500.
- Payments, including incentives, will be made within 30 days of contract signing and verification of the lead.
- Payouts are made only after the client signs a contract and completes the initial payment.
