We are a professional Will Writing and Estate Planning business helping individuals and families protect their assets and pass them on efficiently to the next generation. Our services include drafting Wills, setting up Trust Wills and Lifetime Trusts, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and advising on inheritance tax and care fee planning. We offer local, in-person appointments in Leicestershire and remote appointments further afield. Our process includes a fact-finding telephone call, followed by a second appointment to take your instrusctions. We take payment by Bank Transfer or card and then send you draft documents within 3 days. Once you have approved your documents we then produce hard-copies for signature. We can help with document signing and storage.FAQ
We charge £195 for a single Will, £395 for a Mirror Will, Property Trust Wills with LPA's are £995 and Asset Protection (or Lifetime Trusts) are £4495.
Depending on the service, there may be additional, external fees such LPA registration fees and disbursement fee's for some Trusts. We provide this infomation BEFORE you decide.
3-5 days for Standard Wills & Will Trusts, 5-6 weeks for LPA's & Trusts.
We're based in Leicestershire so if you're local, yes. But we do provide remote services.
We have been in the industry for in excess of 20 years. We are very good at what we do and have insurances in place.
