- Inspections and Reports will be sent up to 5 working days from received payment or visit. Smaller designs will be sent up to 10 working days form received payment (depending on wor
- Services up to £1000 to be paid in full before issuing documents/reports/drawings. If after the visit there is no resolution (no need for report or calculations, or the client chan
- After the visit, it will be determined if there is a need for beam design or not (for example if the walls are load bearing or not)
- Visual Inspections, no furniture’s, items, elements or similar will be moved. No panels, boards, skirtings, plaster or similar will be opened up.
