Lisa Mackenzie Brown Starting a new company- I would put all together to produce sales ledger/ receivables, purchase ledger/ payables. Full chart of accounts Bank set up to produce reconciliations. Have achieved this several times on new software. Can produce VAT returns & CIS returns Profit & loss account & Balance sheet Management accounts - monthly or as required. Trial Balance. Can complete payroll. Reconcile control accounts eg paye,cis,pensions. Keeping an eye on payments and making sure all clear. Year end accounts - will prepare those ready for accountants so they can look over them and prepare tax computations and depreciation Have many years experience working mainly for limited companies. Have worked for a Ducati dealership, BSB race team. Building companies and Jewellers and also a charity and more. References not a problem. My favourite software is Quickbooks although i have worked with several accountancy softwares. My hourly charge is £23.00 but this can be negotiable.
