All referrals must meet the service provider’s terms and conditions as outlined below.
- Leads must require a minimum of 10 in-home care hours per week
- Leads must reside within the UK
- Leads must be a new customer
- Leads must be aware of the referral
- Leads must be happy with paying for a minimum call out time of 1 hour
