We provide a fully comprehensive cleaning service. From homes to offices, pubs to salons and clubs. These are our main categories. On our secondary service list we offer oven cleaning, carpet cleaning and interior window cleaning. Our main type of service is deep cleaning, we have specialist cleaning staff to carry this out. Then we assign a regular cleaner (or cleaners if more than one is needed), to our domestic homes, ensuring the personal touch remains throughout. We aim to carry out a consultation to create a plan on action which revolves around what is important to the client and the priorities they have. We will then put multiple plans into writing which is sent via email to the primary email address provided. Each plan has it's own quote as we are a fully transparent company and believe communicating freely is the best way forward when gaining trust. Once a quote is accepted we complete we book in and complete an initial clean. At this point if you are happy to proceed, a contract is written up, we offer rolling monthly contracts, 6-month contracts or 12 Month contacts. Once a contract is in place we will accept monthly payments go forward. Without a contract payment must be made within 2 days after service or late fees will be incurred. All of our staff are initially employed because they show passion and heart, we do the standard background checks and training and offer them experience with us on this basis. We look after our staff well and reward them for their great work. In turn they continually put their all in and help to achieve the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. We use professional, eco friendly products. Helping the planet while fighting away dirt, bacteria and germs effectively. We are pet friendly - to an extent. We may ask for any pet to be removed from the room if they are preventing the clean from being completed. You are within your rights to refuse but this may result in a less than perfect clean.
