All of our staff are trained and have a passion for cleaning. Meaning each and every clean is supreme.
We cater to domestic and commercial clients and offer unique personalised plans with your priorities and preferences in mind.
We use professional, eco friendly products to enable us to do our part in preserving the environment. While still offering strong cleaning power.
We do not offer a 'cheap' service. We offer quality at the best value for money and assurances such as reliability, insurance, back ups and we aren't going anywhere.
Posi-TIV-ely Clean is new to the scene but growing quickly. In 6 months we have already doubled our monthly revenue, mostly due to the reputation we are gaining through reviews and referrals.
Our application process for new cleaners is like no other. We do the usual background checks as standard but it's heart and passion that sells a person.
We fully train our staff in COSHH and manual handling skills and then offer training in deep cleaning, oven cleaning and carpet cleaning if needed.
Furthermore, We also know that valuable staff are hard to come by and make sure to reward our cleaners for their continued effort. This shows they are appreciated and helps towards the goal of client satisfaction.
In the past 6 months we have had a 100% client satisfaction rate 🤯😁
Since starting the company we have only had one complaint - the complaint regarded charging extra, when there was actually no quote, due to no consultation. Now we will only clean once a consultation has been complete or a day rate has been put in place.
