HRE acts as an Estate & letting Agent. We are specifically looking for 1, 2 & 3 bed properties in Bicester and the outskirts. We are also looking at properties in Kidlington, Banbury and Oxford (City Limits). We will provide fully vetted and referenced tenants, we can take the pressure off you the landlord so you can do what you want to do without worrying about your property. Tenant Find Service: Online & Offline Marketing Rental assesment & Tenant find Accompanied viewings of the property Tenant referencing Deposit and first month’s rent collection Tenancy Agreement provided and signed by both parties on commencement of tenancy Check in Advice on all regulations required for successful lettings Tenant Find & Rent: Includes all of above plus: Managing rent on a monthly basis Invoiced monthly Chase up any overdue rent. If we do not find you a tenant within the agreed contract time (usually 3 months) we will give you a full refund minus costs which is broken down so you know what we have spent.
